Casuno Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the casuno platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the rules set out below.

1. Eligibility

To register and use the casuno platform, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that online gaming is not prohibited under any law applicable to you in your place of residence. Casuno reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately with any remaining balance handled in accordance with applicable regulations. Players who are self-excluded or have been excluded by a regulatory authority are not permitted to register or maintain an account. It is your responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.

2. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the casuno platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in account termination without notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the casuno support team immediately. Casuno will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the casuno platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account oncethe payment provider confirms receipt, and processing times vary depending on the method used. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Casuno reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal request, and failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in the request being delayed or cancelled. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account settings at the time of the transaction. Any fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility and are not covered by casuno. Funds held in your casuno account do not accrue interest and are held separately from company operating funds in accordance with player protection standards.

4. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the casuno platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that the details of any bet — including the selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. Casuno reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, the decision of casuno's trading and games team is final. Live betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to significant in-play developments. Maximum bet limits apply across all sports and casino markets and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Winnings from voided bets will be returned to your account balance as a stake refund.

5. Responsible Gaming

Casuno is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity. You may set deposit limits, session time reminders, and cooling-off periods directly from your account settings at any time. Self-exclusion is available for players who feel they need a break from gaming — once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the chosen period. Players who are experiencing difficulties related to gambling are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek support from relevant organisations. Casuno staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling and may contact players proactively if unusual account activity is detected. 6. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the casuno platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or market.
  • Using the platform for any form of money laundering or other financial crime.
  • Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details.
  • Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the operation of the platform.

Casuno actively monitors account activity for signs of prohibited conduct and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory bodies in the Philippines when required. Any funds associated with prohibited conduct may be withheld pending investigation.

7. Account Termination

You may close your casuno account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Casuno reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice and without liability. In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any funds associated with the breach may be forfeited. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review, and you will be notified before any action is taken. If you wish to reactivate a closed account, please contact the support team — reactivation is subject to casuno's discretion and is not guaranteed. Players who have self-excluded may not request account reactivation until the self-exclusion period has fully elapsed.

8. Changes to Terms

Casuno reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via the contact details held on their account, and the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact the support team to close your account.
